Mike Watson
Mike has 20 years of experience in Information Technology, and 12 years as a consultant specialising in project management training and consultancy. He has started a training and consultancy business from scratch, which went on to win the Unisys/Computer Weekly Training Award for the most innovative training programme, 1994.

He has been a speaker at many conferences and seminars, written numerous articles for professional journals, and has delivered training courses all over the world.

He is accredited by the British Computer Society to teach the Programme and Project Support Office courses, at Foundation and Advanced levels.

He has attained the prestigious qualification PMP, Project Management Professional, awarded by the Project Management Institute.

He is the Project Management Faculty Practice Leader at Management Centre Europe in Brussels, and regularly delivers PMI aligned training across Europe.

Toby Ralph
Educated to degree level, Toby has been running projects for the last twelve years, across multiple disciplines. He is currently running a mixed portfolio of commercial projects mainly in software development and marketing.

For the last four years Toby has also been working in a project management training environment, involved in running courses across Europe to multinational companies

He has designed and implemented project management training tools for such companies as Pfizer and been involved with course design for many of Europe's leading training companies.

Toby moved into project management from a background in sales and marketing and he is a holder of the Project Management Institute's prestigious PMP accreditation
